If you are having a problem at one of our charge points, or simply require some guidance, please contact our 24/7 customer service advisors. Our helpline numbers are displayed on the charge points onsite so you can easily find help when you need it.

How long can you charge at our charge points?

We urge you to be considerate of other EV drivers, and to move your vehicle from the charging bay, as soon as your charging session has completed.
To promote considerate charging, you may be charged an ‘idle fee’ on top of the cost of your charging session if you remain connected to the charge point once your vehicle has completed charging.
Please make sure you refer to onsite parking restrictions as some sites will have parking enforcement in place. These will apply to customers using our charge points.

The power delivered by our chargers may vary due to several factors.

Your battery percentage at the time of your charging session
External temperatures
The power of the charger
